Dawnsign Shipping Method

• DawnSignPress's standard continental U.S. shipping method is FedEx ground. If you would like an alternative shipping method, please contact our Customer Service Department at 858-625-0600.
• Consignee, Collect and 3rd party shipping are available upon request; there is an additional handling fee.
• In-house RUSH processing may be requested (for same day order processing) at an additional 4% charge, with a minimum of $5.00 and a maximum of $45.00 (RUSH processing must be requested prior to 1:00 PM Pacific Time).
• Foreign orders under $200.00 are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. For orders over $200.00, please contact Customer Service.
• Merchandise damaged in transit during shipment must be reported immediately to the shipping company and DawnSignPress. For any damaged shipments, please keep the damaged box for inspection by the shipping company.
